Exail Photonics is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of specialty fibers and lasers to customers across various industries. 

As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

 

The position will be attached to our US sales office located in Denver, CO and an experienced candidate will be able to work remotely from a home office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers in need of specialty fibers and laser solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the photonics or related industry is desired.
• Strong technical knowledge of specialty fibers and lasers a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
