Charter on the processing of your personal data

By completing the form on this website, you consent to the processing of your personal information and authorise Exail SAS, acting on its own behalf and that of its subsidiaries, in its capacity as data controller, to collect and process personal information concerning you in its database, namely, your surname, first name, home address,  telephone number, education, professional experience, diplomas, distinctions, interview reports, etc., and more broadly any information and personal data that you will spontaneously communicate as part of your application.

Exail SAS informs you that it may also enrich your profile with information about you, i.e. information collected (i) during its exchanges with you, whether in writing, by telephone or in person and (ii) from professional social networks or from any public information source, when this information is useful for the management of your application.

This information is subject to computer processing for the purpose of managing your application. Your data may also be included in a CV database, which will allow Exail SAS to offer you other offers, if necessary.

To facilitate external and internal recruitment, Exail SAS uses the DigitalRecruiters software, published by BANKESS, to publish job offers, collect applications and manage them.

Exail SAS acts as the controller of the personal data communicated and BANKESS acts as a data processor.

Given its purpose, which consists of processing the personal data of candidates responding to job offers and the integration of data on candidates within the Exail SAS CV database, the processing of your personal data is necessary for the pursuit of Exail SAS's legitimate interests, namely the management of its recruitment processes,  as well as the execution of pre-contractual measures that may exist between Exail SAS and the candidates responding to its job offers.

 
This data is hosted in France and will be transmitted to the persons in charge of recruitment within Exail SAS to allow them to study your application.

Answers corresponding to the fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and failure to respond may jeopardize the follow-up of your application. In other cases, they are optional and have no consequences for the examination of your file.

By accepting the terms of this Charter, you authorise Exail SAS] to communicate, if necessary, your personal data to other companies in the group, including those that may be located outside the European Union, for the purposes of managing your application and enriching its CV database. Exail SAS declares that it has taken the necessary measures to regulate transfers outside the European Union and to protect your personal data. You may, upon request to Exail SAS, request complete information on the data transferred, the exact recipients of the information and the means implemented to supervise this transfer.

The personal data of candidates external to the company will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years after the last contact with our recruitment department, the notion of last contact being understood as the date on which you consented to the collection of your data. For internal applications, they are kept during the employee's time in the company.

We inform you that your personal data is computerized and treated confidentially, security and confidentiality guarantees having been taken to preserve the personal data posted online.

In its capacity as a subcontractor of Exail SAS, BANKESS is authorised to access your personal information when necessary, in particular in the context of its missions of administration and maintenance of the Exail SAS careers site and the application management tool, but may not communicate this data to its own subcontractors without having obtained the prior agreement of Exail SAS. BANKESS may be required to transmit your personal data to a judicial authority, upon request from the latter.
