Mission

Your main tasks, under the responsibility of the electrical project engineer and management: 

Organize day-to-day production and manage the flow of materials required for the proper execution of work. 

Manages, supervises and coordinates electrical subcontractors and ensures that work is carried out correctly, in order to maintain production quality levels in accordance with the Definition File. 

Monitors the progress of production, informs his manager of progress and anticipates needs. 

Carries out specific production tasks on his/her own, where necessary. 

Ensures that deadlines are met and that site safety is maintained. 

Works closely with the Customer's technical teams.


This vacancy is with Naval (not Exail) MAURIC is een scheepsarchitectuur- en scheepsingenieursbureau met 75 jaar ervaring, voornamelijk gespecialiseerd in professionele vaartuigen tussen 10 en 150 meter lang. De 40 medewerkers zijn verdeeld over twee locaties in België : Nijvel en Oostende, en Frankrijk, op de historische locaties van Marseille en Nantes.



Profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or construction (with a strong affinity for the electrical trade) or you have a BTS level in electrical engineering. 
  • You have significant experience (minimum 3 years) in an equivalent position, ideally having already managed a team of operators. 
  • Ideally, you have a very good knowledge of electricity. 
  • You're a good team player, but you're also capable of working independently, taking the initiative and reporting to your manager at . 
  • You are able to make proposals, communicate clearly, demonstrate rigor and are solution-oriented. 
  • Languages: o You have a perfect command of French or Dutch (level C1/C2). o You have a good command of the other national language (minimum B1/B2). o You have a very good command of technical English.
