Your Role
- Within our development teams, we are looking for an IT Project Lead to drive the development and integration of mission software and the infrastructure of the UMIS (Unmanned Maritime Integrated System).

- You will work closely with internal engineering and integration teams, as well as with industrial partners and end users, to align technical solutions with operational needs.
- This position also offers growth opportunities toward a Product Owner role, with increased responsibility for product vision and roadmap.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead both functionally and technically a development project in collaboration with a software team (working in C# / .NET on mission and control systems), an infrastructure and integration team (hardware, network, cybersecurity), and specialized research engineers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and partners regarding technical solutions and integrations, and translate operational and customer needs into product features.
- Be responsible for planning, tracking, and securing project deliveries and milestones, identifying risks as early as possible and defining appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure communication between Project Management, product owners, and delivery teams (progress, milestones, deliverables), and actively contribute to coordinating system integration, testing, and sea trials.
- Contribute to defining the product roadmap and technical strategy, lead the preparation of “product-to-project” documentation, and organize project quality reviews (PDR, CDR, and related milestones).
