Mission
Your tasks:
You participate in the preparation of functional specifications and/or the compilation of technical files.
You participate in the quantification of estimation.
You work, as part of a team, to prepare the schedule for consultation and supplier selection.
You identify potential suppliers.
You are an active member of a multidisciplinary team for both sourcing and new product development (NPD) projects.
You evaluate suppliers in terms of QCD, long-term relationships, logistical risk, production capacity,...
You work with the project team to select suppliers in line with project objectives through the sourcing committee.
You look for alternative solutions in collaboration with other departments.
You negotiate and collaborate on the contract with the chosen supplier(s).
Profile
You think and act at Master level and have experience in a commercial (purchasing) position in a technical environment.
You are communicative and good at building relationships. In addition, you have ambition, are open to change and have an interest in innovation.
You can think and act in both the short and long term.
You are proactive and take initiative.
You like to negotiate, both internally and externally.
