Mission

Exail Photonics is seeking a dynamic and driven South-Europe Sales Manager to join our team.

 

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of modulators, integrated optics, specialty fibers and lasers to customers across various industries.

 

As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

 

The position will be attached to our European sales team, and an experienced candidate will be able to work remotely from a home office or located from one of our Photonics facilities (Saint Germain en Laye, Besançon, Lannion, Gradignan cities).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers in need of Photonics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Optics and Physics
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the photonics
  • Strong technical knowledge of fibered components and lasers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
