As an Industrialization Engineer, you are responsible for the definition, setup, and validation of the test systems that ensure the performance of our drones.

Would you like to contribute to the development and optimization of test and production systems that keep our drones operational and high-performing?

What will you do?

• You contribute to the installation of tools, equipment, and test systems for the assembly and integration of (underwater) drones, support commissioning activities, and carry out validation tests
• You optimize existing production tools and methods by developing and implementing improvement proposals aimed at increasing safety, reliability, and efficiency
• You translate test plans into appropriate test equipment and measurement & calibration systems
• You ensure the optimal operation of the test equipment
• You provide training to production personnel, including the preparation of test instructions and workstation documentation

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electronics, ICT, Automation, or another relevant field
• Technically skilled with a practical hands-on mindset
• Experience or knowledge of drones, sonar, localization, and communication systems is a plus
• Bilingual in Dutch and English, with a good basic knowledge of French
• Team player who collaborates closely with multidisciplinary French and Belgian teams of technical specialists
• Passionate about technology and automation
