Mission
Within the service team, you play a key role in the organization, execution, and support of tests and demonstrations of Exail systems.
You are involved in the entire test lifecycle, from logistical preparation to the analysis and exploitation of test results, with a strong focus on Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) for people and equipment.

Your responsibilities
Depending on your experience and level of autonomy, you will progressively take on the following responsibilities:
Tests & demonstrations
Perform system tests and end-to-end tests, both onshore and offshore;
Support project teams during validation and qualification phases;
Assist with or independently carry out test campaigns and demonstrations.
Preparation & logistics
Prepare tests: systems, test equipment, tools, and documentation;
Organize and execute equipment mobilization and demobilization;
Coordinate transportation and the use of lifting equipment;
Manage and follow up with suppliers of test equipment.
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
Ensure EHS responsibility during test activities, both on-site and at sea:
Application of safety procedures (e.g. LMRA, safety briefings);
Conducting risk assessments;
Ensuring compliance with safety rules and guidelines.
Exploitation & knowledge capitalization
Report, analyze, and formalize test results;
Prepare or contribute to test reports;
Capture technical findings and share lessons learned with:project teams,test engineering,the technical MCO team.
Operations & training
Supervise and support test operators;
Deliver on-the-job training (OJT), particularly at customer sites;
Contribute to the management and maintenance of test sites and associated resources.
Profile
Experience & expertise
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a maritime or industrial environment;
Experience in a maritime setting (civil or military), preferably involving underwater systems or equipment;
Solid knowledge of:mechanics,electricity / electronics,IT and embedded systems;Technical English is required.
Skills & mindset

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction;
Ability to transfer knowledge and coach/train operators;
Strong preference for hands-on work and testing in operational environments.
Practical requirements
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20 days per year), with assignments lasting up to 3 consecutive weeks;
Holder of, or willing to obtain:electrical authorizations BA4 & BA5;licenses for forklift and overhead crane;VCA certification;BE trailer driving license;
Seafaring certificate is a plus (STCW II, III or VI).
