Mission

As a Logistic Buyer, you are the link between different departments such as Purchasing, Production and the Warehouse. You provide support in planning incoming goods, managing orders and monitoring inventory levels.


Your responsibilities

  • You ensure administrative follow-up and maintain stock levels by placing call-off orders in a timely manner.
  • You maintain contact with suppliers regarding placed orders and take action when delivery deadlines are at risk.
  • You monitor logistical changes at suppliers in collaboration with our Quality colleagues.
  • You track supplier KPIs.
  • You keep the ERP system up to date with regard to purchasing processes.

Your skills

  • You have strong administrative skills.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with an ERP system is an asset.


Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
  • You have initial work experience in a logistics or purchasing role, where managing orders and inventory was part of your responsibilities.
  • You are a strong communicator and are skilled at building professional relationships.
  • You work independently and take ownership of your tasks and projects.
  • You have a strong eye for detail.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
