Mission
As an Accountant, you will be part of the Finance team at Exail Robotics Belgium. In this role, working closely with the General Ledger Accountant, you will be responsible for general accounting and will actively contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting.
You play a key role in the monthly closings, ensuring a smooth, timely, and accurate closing process. You are also responsible for setting up and closely monitoring the monthly accruals.
You manage payments and ensure the timely and accurate processing of bank statements. You also take responsibility for fixed assets (MVA) and ensure their proper monitoring in line with approved budgets.
Furthermore, you manage the expense note system and ensure the efficient and accurate processing of expense reports. As a key user, you serve as the point of contact for the AP accountants and provide support where necessary.
You proactively contribute ideas for process improvements within the financial processes and help further optimize them. Finally, you actively support the annual audit and help ensure it runs smoothly.
Profile
You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent qualification and have relevant experience in general accounting.
You have already gained experience in a similar role and feel completely at home in it.
You work analytically, accurately, and in a structured manner, and are able to clearly interpret complex financial data.
You communicate fluently, enjoy working with others, and have a strong service-oriented mindset.
You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and can express yourself fluently in French and English.
